Pulga is actually my
last name. In the early
years of my life I sadly discovered it had a mean meaning in my mothertongue: simply modify one single letter and I appear
to be Serena Purge. Not bad not bad. Thankfully, in spanish it means something else,
it means just...flea. I said to myself:
"Ok, Serena, flea is better than purge, you can spend your life annoying
other people in a subtle but persistent way, just like fleas do." Accidentally I
pursued that 6-years-old goal and I ended up in being a logorroic,
small, brown-haired girl with the special talent of knowing useless things. A lot of people
told me this could be a full time job, I said who knows. |
Marketing Campaign of the Day: To inform visually impaired patrons of their new braille menus, the South African arm of British burger chain Wimpy spelled out the news on their sandwiches using sesame seeds.

Aww, this was really cute. But mainly, what a fantastic marketing campaign. 15 burgers = 800,000 people informed about...
this made me tear up, honestly. seeing the happy faces of those people as they read their hamburger buns. that’s...
mere fact that Wimpy are acknowledging their...customers, indeed any
this is so cute.
faces when they read the bread :’)
